'Incompany training' is aimed at learning & developing people and leaders within the context of work. Skills training supports a movement within a team or organization. New skills increase the behavioral repertoire of employees, so they perform better within the movement and ambitions of an organizational development.

    To provide Incompany training is a profession and requires specific skills. As a trainer you have to deal with an assignment of the company management because of change within the company.  

    The participants, who you have in your group, need to learn new skills, but do not always agree with the change.  Dynamics can be complex.

    In a two day program 'incompany training skills', you will make a good start and learn the most important skills.

  • Leadership with courage

    Context and perspectives change rapidly and as a leader you get to deal with complex situations. 

    You want to learn to lead with enough calm, courage and self knowledge. You will oversee the context and make better decisions. This requires insight in your personal drivers and patterns. 

    As a leader you can learn to have courage and seek vulnerability, so you keep asking questions instead of thinking that you know it all . In the two day program we will make you set steps in your leadership development. Included is 2 short assignments and two individual coaching sessions.

    • Development of practical skills to lead,  to manage and to make durable decisions;

    • Learning to tolerate tension during decision making processes, within paradoxal situations;

  • Advising in an executive context

    Quote: Successfully advising an executive only works if you put yourself in that person's shoes.  

    Executives are often deciders within an organization. In order to make durable decisions they depend on their teams and employees to provide them with the right content. 

    What is the way to provide that content and to advice an executive who works in a complex context. Do you want to learn to contribute to his decision making process?


    In the two day program we will make you set steps in the development in your advisory role. Included is 2 short assignments and two individual coaching sessions.  


    What does it bring you?

    • Development of practical skills in your role as an executive advisor; 
    • Insights and skills to prepare yourself for an impactful advice; 
    • Skills to think of stepping into the shoes of the executive;
    • Communication skills to have an advice meeting on an executive level. 

    This training takes place incompany with a maximum of 10 participants.  


  • To intervene in group dynamics

    Mastering group dynamics is a skill. Leading a meeting with your team or project group can sometimes be very difficult. Often much talking and little progress made. Different opinions and how do you keep everyone involved? That one annoying colleague...?
