As far as I'm concerned, teams are the building blocks within organizations, that's where it happens. Improving interaction between people in teams contributes to successful organizations. For me, success means that team members trust each other, use diversity, have fun and work effectively together. They learn everyday and achieve their team ambitions. Everyone's talent comes out. Learning and development occurs in interaction and during encounters. I like to facilitate that. I prefer to work face to face and at the same time I noticed the last years that online learning together works very well.
